Explore the forefront of sustainable technology developed in Photo2Fuel.

In the study "Photobiocatalytic CO2 Reduction into CO by Organic Nanoparticle-Carbon Monoxide Dehydrogenase Assemblies: Surfactant Matters", published as a preprint by the Tian Laboratory of the University of Uppsala,  biohybrid assemblies are investigated to study their capability of interaction with all components in the photocatalytic system.

This allows a further step towards CO2 reduction through semiartificial photosynthesis, an attractive approach when researching the conversion of solar light and abundant resources into value-added chemicals.
